Check PVC selling

should be aware that some individuals are
selling their permanent voter cards to some
political parties, which gives the parties
involved the opportunity to rig the elections.
My advice is that INEC should highlight the
importance of the PVCs and explain their
benefits so as to stop them from selling their
right.
