Buhari Cannot Save Nigeria Overnight – APCBy cheatmaster 07:00 Fri, 12 Aug 2016 Comments
The All Progressives Congress, APC, has regretted the impatience exhibited by Nigerians towards the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, stressing that the same people complaining of hardship pleaded with God to send somebody that will correct the destruction of the country by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
This was disclosed on Thursday by the ruling party’s Deputy National Chairman, North, Lawali Shuaibu, who while interacting with journalists at the headquarters of the APC was asked to comment on the possibility of current hardship in Nigeria affecting the party’s fortunes in the 2019 election.
His words, “You are talking of hardship just one year into the administration of the party, and people are expecting magic. They forgot the 16 years of destruction by the former ruling party.
“People are busy talking of hardship but they are the same people that pleaded and prayed to God to send somebody to come and correct these things and save the situation. It is not fair that people expect it to happen overnight. All we ask for is patience,” Shuaibu noted.
